The Works Delivery
When placing your order to the UK, you’ll be able to choose between two delivery methods (Standard Delivery or Next Day), or you can choose the Click & Collect service. Next Day Delivery isn’t available when ordering to the Republic of Ireland. Delivery charge will depend on the location you’re ordering to, as well as the delivery method and your order’s value. Free Standard Delivery is available on UK orders over £30, and ROI orders over £45, while free Click & Collect service is available on orders over £10. You’ll see all delivery options when at checkout, or you can refer to the ‘Delivery & Returns’ page on The Works website.
The Works Returns Policy
The Works accepts returns within 30 days (starting from the day you received your order). You can return your order for a refund back to your local store. If any of the items you want to return were damaged or faulty, you should use The Works Contact Centre.
