Returns Policy

If you've bought a voucher and changed your mind about the balloon flight, you can get a refund only if it hasn't been more than 14 days since purchase and you haven't booked a flight. If you haven't booked a flight but more than 14 days have passed since you purchased your voucher, you can only exchange it for one of the Gift Extra products that has the same value.

You can also choose to add the weather refund option to your purchase. With this option, you'll be able to get a refund for your voucher, minus a £10 per voucher admin fee, following seven or more cancellations by Virgin Balloon Flights. You can find more information in the Terms and Conditions.
