Appleyard Delivery
Appleyard delivers to most of the UK. Unfortunately, deliveries are not made to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Island and some areas of Scotland. You can opt for the Standard delivery, premium tracked delivery or same-day Hand-Delivered London. Please note that out of postcodes deliveries can take 48 hours to deliver. Also, Appleyard does not deliver on bank holidays. You will also be provided a tracking number upon order confirmation. For same-day delivery, please make your order by 3.30 pm (Monday- Friday). Next-day orders made on Saturdays are delivered on Mondays excluding bank holidays.
Appleyard Returns Policy
You can cancel your Appleyard order within 14 days after the purchase date. In this case, you will receive a full refund. The company will only offer a full refund where the flowers and plants were delivered faulty. If you no longer want to receive your plants and flowers, please cancel the order 48 hours before the delivery date for a refund. Appleyard has a 100% happiness guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with your Appleyard purchase, the company will add the value of the missing items and an additional £10 store credit. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.

Appleyard delivers flowers in a porto, a sponge-like substance that ensures the flowers do not get dehydrated in transit. The flowers can also be wrapped in a hydration cloth or cellophane. To maintain freshness, please cut the stems and put them in water as soon as they are delivered.
What should I do if my flowers start dropping?
Drooping is a sign that the flowers are not getting sufficient water. If your flowers start to droop, cutting an inch off each stem can revive them. Also, ensure that the flowers are stored in the correct vase.
