Hoppily delivers all over the UK.
If you opt for the standard UK delivery, you will be charged £5.99. However, orders over £60 will be delivered at no extra charge. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked services. Weekday orders received before 2 pm will be processed and dispatched the same day while orders received after 2 pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day. For next business day deliveries, you will be charged £6.99. Orders over £15 to outer London and Local Essex will be delivered at no extra charge. Hoppily Click and Collect service is free.
Hoppily Returns Policy
If you did not like your Hoppily order, you can return it within 30 days after delivery. The company will only accept unused orders, in the same condition as delivered and in their original packaging. Please note that you cannot return perishable goods such as beers, and gift cards or downloadable software products are also exempt. For your return to be completed, proof of purchase or a receipt must be issued. Once your return is received, it is inspected. You will then receive an email notifying you of the state of the return, whether it has been accepted or rejected.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription box?
Yes. Hoppily ensures that you can change the frequency of your order, to cater even for that period where you are on holiday. To change the frequency of your order, log in to your Hoppily account and review the schedule of your deliveries. To pause or skip a month, click skip and select at least 3 working days before the relevant delivery date.
What if I want to cancel my Hoppily membership?
To cancel your membership, follow the procedure in your Hoppily account. Membership cancellation is free and has zero restrictions.
What kind of beers can I expect in my subscription box?
To ensure you sample a wide range of beers, Hoppily will deliver a range across different styles. For instance, you could get light beers, bitters, IPAs, dark beers and even red ales. A few usual styles will also usually be included in your box.
How often is the billing cycle?
Rolling monthly subscriptions will be billed immediately after you order the first box. You will then be billed again each month on the 7th. Please note that if you opt for gift memberships, they will not renew and will only be charged on the first order.
What are the delivery timelines for each subscription?
You will receive your subscription box the next day after making an order. However, you should allow up to 4 working days to receive your first order.
