Planty Delivery.
Planty delivers to most addresses in the mainland UK, with the exception of a few postcodes. The company uses the courier DPD for their deliveries which are done free of charge.
Once you’ve made your Planty order, you’ll need to allow for 3 days for your food to be prepared and delivered.
Planty Returns Policy.
Planty offers highly perishable commodities, and as such, they do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your box, you can reach out through hello@planty.uk and they’ll offer a replacement.

Are Planty meals vegan?
Yes. Their delicious meals are prepared using only fresh, quality, plant-based ingredients. Planty does not use any animal products including meat, chicken, eggs, fish, dairy, and honey.
Do I need to cook my Planty meals?
No. Planty meals have already been cooked by chefs. All that is left is to heat up your food and dig in!
How long do Planty meals keep for?
You can store your Planty food for about 3 days in the fridge, and 3 months if you’re using a freezer. Your planty box will come with cooking instructions that you can follow to heat up your food correctly.
Are Planty meals organic?
No. Planty does incorporate some organic ingredients in their food, however, they are not 100% organic. This is because they are keen on offering affordable 100% plant-based meals, and 100% organic ingredients would mean higher prices for their customers.
Where can I find the nutritional information for my Planty meals?
Each planty meal is labelled with the nutritional information, list of ingredients and allergens at the back. You can also access this information on the Planty website.
Can I skip a week of Planty delivery?
Yes. Planty is a flexible meal delivery service, and therefore, you can skip an order as needed. You’ll need to skip your order 3 days before your delivery is due.
Does Planty have a minimum order size?
Yes. You can opt for a Planty box with either 6, 8, or 10 meals. The minimum order size is 6 meals.
Can you deliver my Planty box to my office?
Yes. You can opt to have your meals delivered to any (reasonable) location. To receive your food at your office, enter your work address at checkout.
Does Planty offer a student discount?
